The Origin

From a Florida Food Truck
to West Michigan's Table

Owner Markos started his food journey running a Brazilian food truck in Florida — perfecting the recipes, refining the flavors, learning what people love. In April 2025, he brought it all to Wyoming, Michigan. PAC is the only Brazilian restaurant in the Grand Rapids area, and every dish carries the heat and heart of that original dream.
